APPROVED <br />•1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : March 28, 2005 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:34 P.M. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 7:31 P.M. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmembers Carlson, Dahl, Reinert, and Mayor <br />9 Bergeson <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : Councilmember Stoltz <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Clerk, Ann Blair; Community <br />13 Development Director, Michael Grochala; City Engineer, Jim Studenski; Public Service Director, <br />14 Rick DeGardner; Bill Hawkins, City Attorney <br />15 <br />16 OPEN MIKE <br />17 <br />18 There was none. <br />19 <br />20 SWEARING IN OF NEW POLICE OFFICERS <br />21 <br />22 Mayor Bergeson noted there are three police officers that he would be swearing in. He gave a brief <br />•23 biography of each of the officers, after which he performed the swearing-in ceremony. The officers <br />24 are Bill Kubes, Wayne Wegener, and Chris Bragelman. <br />25 <br />26 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />27 <br />28 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />29 <br />30 CONSENT AGENDA <br />31 <br />32 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Councilmember <br />33 Reinert seconded the motion. <br />34 <br />35 Motion carried unanimously. <br />36 <br />37 ITEM ACTION <br />38 <br />39 A. CONSIDERATION OF EXPENDITURES: <br />40 <br />41 i) March 28, 2005 (Check No. 73311 - <br />42 73434, $318,664.59). Approved <br />43 <br />•44 ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 14653 - <br />45 14672, $3,934.26). Approved <br />
