COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 13, 2006 <br />APPROVED <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : March 13, 2006 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:35 P.M. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 7:15 P.M. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : O'Donnell, Reinert and Stoltz <br />9 MEMBERS ABSENT : Mayor Bergeson and Carlson <br />10 <br />11 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Chief of <br />12 Police, Dave Pecchia (part); City Engineer, Jim Studenski; Finance Director, Al Rolek; Economic <br />13 Development Coordinator, Mary Alice Divine; Associate Planner, Paul Bengtson; and City Clerk, <br />14 Julianne Bartell <br />15 <br />16 OPEN MIKE <br />17 <br />18 No one was present for open mike. <br />19 <br />20 Acting Mayor O'Donnell called for a moment of silence in acknowledgement of Mr. Art Hawkins, a <br />21 Lino Lakes resident that passed away last week. <br />22 <br />23 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />• 24 <br />25 Items 1C, Miller's Crossroads and Item 3A, Appointment of Advisory Boards, were removed from <br />26 the agenda. <br />27 <br />28 The agenda was approved as amended. <br />29 <br />30 CONSENT AGENDA <br />31 <br />32 Councilmember Stoltz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended. Councilmember Reinert <br />33 seconded the motion.
