12 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Planner, Jeff Smyser;
13 City Engineer, Jim Studenski; and Finance Director, Al Rolek

15 City Administrator Heitke advised the purpose of the meeting is to review the regular
16 Council agenda. He stated all Councilmember's also received a memo regarding
17 Pomp'sTire landscaping. Staff is suggesting the City Attorney, the neighbors and staff
18 goes to a workroom and discusses this issue.

20 The Council agreed staff and the City Attorney should meeting with the neighbors and
21 gather information. A report will be made to the City Council and this item may appear
• 22 on the Council work session next week.

24 The Council reviewed the regular Council agenda and noted the following changes:

26 1. Item IG, Consider Approval of April 5, 2006 Special City Council Minutes —
27 this item was pulled from the consent agenda.

29 2. Item 6B, Consideration of Resolution No. 06-70, Amending the Planned Unit
30 Development Conditional Use Permit to Allow for building Height in Excess
31 of the District Standards and Revisions to the Site Layout — A condition that
32 equipment be screened was added to the condition of approval.

34 The meeting was adjourned at 6:08 p.m.

36 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
37 May 8, 2006.
