AGENDA REVIEW
City Administrator Heitke advised the purpose of the meeting is to review the regular
Council agenda for this evenings City Council meeting.
Item 2A, Consider Resolution No. 06-85, Providing for Issuance and Sale of $2,710,000
General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds Series 2006A. The Council determined the
City would move forward with the alternative recommendation from Springsted, Inc. of
providing for the issuance and sale of approximately $2,470,000 General Obligation Tax
Abatement Bonds.
Council directed staff to schedule a Financial Retreat Tuesday, June 13, 2006, 5:30 p.m.
Item 1B, Consider Approval of May 1, 2006 Council Work Session Minutes — this item
was removed from the consent agenda due to missing pages.
There were no other changes to the regular Council agenda.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
June 12, 2006.
