13 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; Chief of Police, Dave
14 Pecchia; and City Clerk, Julie Bartell (part)

17 Mayor Bergeson called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. He advised the purpose of the
18 meeting is to discuss a personnel issue.

20 Council Member O'Donnell moved to close the meeting to the public at 6:11 p.m.
21 Council Member Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

• 23 Mr. Scott Lepak, Attorney advised the City Council regarding the personnel issue.

25 Council Member Carlson moved to re -open the meeting at 6:24 p.m. Council Member
26 Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

28 Council Member Stoltz moved to accept the General Release and Separation Agreement,
29 as presented in the closed meeting. Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion.
30 Motion carried unanimously.

32 Council Member O'Donnell moved to adjourn the special Council meeting at 6:25 p.m.
33 Council Member Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

35 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
36 October 23, 2006.
