17 TRUTH IN TAXATION CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING:

19 Mayor Bergeson advised the purpose of the meeting is the continuation of the public
20 hearing to accept comments on the proposed 2007 budget.

22 Mayor Bergeson stated an anonymous letter was received regarding City tax rates. That
1111 23 letter was entered into the official record.

25 No one was present to speak.

27 Council Member O'Donnell moved to close the public hearing at 6:12 p.m. Council
28 Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

30 Being no further business, Council Member Carlson moved to adjourn at 6:13 p.m.
31 Council Member Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

33 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
34 January 8, 2007.
