MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmember Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert,
and Mayor Bergeson
MEMBERS ABSENT : Councilmember Stoltz
Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Attorney, William Hawkins;
Community Development Director, Michael Grochala; and City Clerk, Julie Bartell
Also Present: Dan Wilson, Wilson Development Services, Inc.
Mayor Bergeson called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. He advised the purpose of the meeting is to
discuss property acquisitions for the Lake Drive Project.
The council received a letter sent by Ms. Bernadine Skoglund of 7481 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN.
The meeting was closed by unanimous consent at 5:35 p.m.
Dan Wilson, Wilson Development Services, Inc., advised the council on the status of the property
acquisitions.
There being no further business, Council Member Reinert moved to adjourn at 6:15 p.m. Council
Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
These minutes were considered and approved at the regular Council Meeting, February 12, 2007.
