• <br />• <br />• <br />CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING April 7, 2008 <br />APPROVED <br />1 <br />2 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />3 MINUTES <br />4 CLOSED COUNCIL SESSION <br />5 <br />6 DATE : April 7, 2008 <br />7 TIME STARTED : 10:15 p.m. <br />8 TIME ENDED : 10:35 p.m. <br />9 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Members Reinert, Gallup, <br />10 O'Donnell, Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />11 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />12 <br />13 Staff present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; Director of Public Safety, Dave <br />14 Pecchia; City Clerk, Julie Bartell <br />15 <br />16 Mayor Bergeson called the meeting to order at 10:15 p.m. in the Community Room at <br />17 Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />18 <br />19 Council Stoltz moved that the council move to a closed session. Council Member <br />20 O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />21 <br />22 Police Chief Pecchia reported on a personnel matter in the Police Department. <br />23 <br />24 The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />25 <br />26 Council Member O'Donnell moved that the meeting be reopened. Council Member <br />27 Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />28 <br />29 Council Member Stoltz moved that the council support the recommendation of the Police <br />30 Chief. Council Member Gallup seconded the motion.
