16 Mayor Bergeson called the meeting to order at 10:15 p.m. in the Community Room at
17 Lino Lakes City Hall.

19 Council Stoltz moved that the council move to a closed session. Council Member
20 O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried.

22 Police Chief Pecchia reported on a personnel matter in the Police Department.

24 The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

26 Council Member O'Donnell moved that the meeting be reopened. Council Member
27 Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried.

29 Council Member Stoltz moved that the council support the recommendation of the Police
30 Chief. Council Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried.

32 The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 p.m.
