OPEN MEETING LAW ALLEGATION INVESTIGATION
The council had received a list from City Attorney Scott Baumgartner of possible attorneys. The
list was generated from information received from the League of Minnesota .
Council Member O'Donnell moved that the first choice be Mike Dougherty and second choice
Fritz Knaak. Seconded by Reinert. Motion carried on a voice vote.
• The council directed that the City's Director of Administration establish the necessary contact
for the services requested.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
October 27, 2008.
