15 REVIEW REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS

17 The following items were discussed.

19 The Lino Lakes Ambassadors will be attending the regular meeting and will have a
20 special presentation for the council.

22 Item 2A through 2E — Finance Director Rolek remarked that these items all relate to
23 approval of the city budget for 2009, including the tax levy, water and sewer budget, and
24 the recreation fund. In addition, the council is being requested to approve amendments to
25 the 2008 budget to reflect revenues and expenditures as they actually occurred in 2008.
26 The new rate structure is incorporated into the water budget.

28 The council work session was closed for the purpose of discussion labor negotiations.

30 The council reconvened in open session.

32 The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
