CLOSED COUNCIL SESSION

O'Donnell, Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson
MEMBERS ABSENT : none
Staff present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; Director of Public Safety, Dave
Pecchia; Director of Administration, Dan Tesch
The meeting was convened as a closed meeting of the City Council pursuant to the Open
Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing labor negotiations.
Administration Director Tesch reported on labor negotiations.
The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
Council Member O'Donnell moved that the closed meeting be adjourned. Council
Member Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
January 12, 2009.
