CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-70
RESOLUTION RECEIVING CSAH 23 CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT IMPACT STUDY
WHEREAS, a study has been prepared by the City Engineer with respect to traffic due
to development along the CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) corridor, in the vicinity of I -35W, and
WHEREAS, the study provides information regarding the traffic impact on CSAH 23
(Lake Drive) due to future traffic growth, and the proposed Lino Lakes Marketplace,
JADT, and The Village development,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Study is hereby received.
Adopted by the City Council this 29th day of Ma01.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell and Reinert
The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
