Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-71
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR THE LINO LAKES MARKETPLACE
WHEREAS, MN Rules 4410.4300 Subpart 14 establishes thresholds for mandatory
Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW); and
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for the development of a commercial project
named Lino Lakes Marketplace which exceeds the mandatory EAW threshold for commercial
development projects; and
WHEREAS, the project proposer has submitted data for the EAW; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the submitted data and determined to the best of the City's
knowledge that the EAW is complete and accurate;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council approves the
publication and distribution of the Lino Lakes Marketplace EAW for public comment as required
by MN Rules 4410.1500

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell and Reinert
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
