The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Vice President Stoesz.
CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 13, 2014
Economic Development Authority (EDA) Member Rafferty moved to approve the January 13,
2014 minutes. EDA Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.
CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS
Michael Grochala, Community Development Director, informed the members that each year the
EDA is required to hold an annual meeting and make a number of appointments; the list of
appointments was before the Authority for consideration. EDA member Rafferty moved to
appoint EDA Member Roeser as president, EDA Member Stoesz as vice president and EDA
Member Kusterman as treasurer. EDA member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion
carried on a voice vote.
EDA member Rafferty moved to approve other appointments as outlined in the staff report.
EDA Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.
CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL REPORT
Community Development Director Grochala noted that the EDA had no meetings in 2014 other
than the organizational meeting held in January.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, EDA Member Rafferty moved to adjourn. EDA Member
Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
