The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m. by President Roeser.
CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF MAY 28, 2013
EDA Member Reiner moved to approve the May 28, 2013 minutes as presented. EDA Member
Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
RESOLUTION NO. 13-06, APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT OVER OUTLOT
D, VILAGE NO. 3 IN FAVOR OF LINO LAKES ASSISTED LIVING, LLC
Mr. Grochala explained that the city was granted special legislation by the State to provide for
conveyance of the tax forfeited Legacy property and that now allows the city to grant an
easement over property abutting the Assisted Living facility property. The easement will allow
construction of a driveway to the Assisted Living project that makes more sense and doesn’t
require utility relocation and street disturbance. Staff recommends that the EDA approve the
resolution that allows for said easement.
EDA President Roeser confirmed that the easement agreement will be properly recorded so that
future owners will be fully aware. Mr. Grochala confirmed adding that he doesn’t see any
future issues in that area.
EDA Member O’Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 13-06, as presented. EDA Member
Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.

There being no further business, EDA member Rafferty moved to adjourn. EDA Member Stoesz
seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
