ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
DATE: October 9, 2014

PRESENT: Lou Masonick, Nathan Vojtech, Tami Wier, Don Johnson, Julie Schwartz.

ABSENT: Thomas Colgan, Chad Wagner, Rebecca Glewwe, Rebecca Matt Kassner.
OTHERS PRESENT: Michael Grochala, Celeste McDermott.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Nathan Vojtech to approve the minutes of September 18th, 2014. The motion
was seconded by Don Johnson and passed unanimously.
PROJECT UPDATES
Mr. Grochala provided an overview of the Mattamy Watermark Residential Project including the
absence of a business component in the Concept Plan. Committee members recommended
retaining a business component in the development in order to maximize economic growth in the
vicinity.
REVIEW OF DRAFT COMMUNITY PROFILE
Mr. Grochala provided an update of the proposed Community Profile Brochure draft, including
several changes proposed at the previous meeting. Feedback was provided and several more
changes to the content were suggested.
