HomeMy WebLinkAbout2014-018 Council ResolutionCITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 14-18 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2014 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the Pay Equity Law; and WHEREAS, the compensation plan for non-union employees was revised to include a two percent (2%) wage increase retroactive to January 1, 2014; and WHEREAS, a two percent wage increase was included in the 2014 budget for city personnel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that the following salary schedule by adopted.
