RESOLUTION NO. 14-83
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NORTHPOINTE ROADWAY AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc., has signed a Petition and Waiver Agreement
agreeing to assessments for the NorthPointe Roadway and Utility Improvement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
that WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and are directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the NorthPointe Roadway and Utility Improvement Project.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of August, 2014.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
ku S LVVicu1 and was duly seconded by Council Member RoeSu. and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
