RESOLUTION NO. 14-103
RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has submitted a peddlers license application to the city
clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613
of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the
company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota:
Tara Anderson, Hannah Gerdesmeier, Benjamin Smothers, Brandon Meyer, Thomas Bannochie,
Martin Bergner and Devin Sellin are employees of Custom Remodelers Inc., and are hereby
authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning September 9, 2014 and ending March 9,
2015.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of September, 2014.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member st„Ps, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Kusterman, Reinert

BACKGROUND
Custom Remodelers Inc., 474 Apollo Drive, Lino Lakes has submitted a peddler's license
application to the city clerk's office. The company representatives who will be working
in Lino Lakes are Tara Anderson, Hannah Gerdesmeier, Benjamin Smothers, Brandon
Meyer, Thomas Bannochie, Martin Bergner and Devin Sellin. The group plans to travel
through the Lino Lakes' neighborhoods setting up appointments for free estimates for
window, siding, roofing and door installation.
The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license.
The Lino Lakes Police Department has performed a background checks and indicated no
reason to deny the application.
The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's office for
review.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Resolution No. 14-103, Approving the issuance of a peddler license for Custom
Remodelers Inc. for a six month period commencing September 9, 2014.
