RESOLUTION NO. 14-140
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 10-14 FOR PUBLICATION
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 10-
14, amending Chapter 1007 of the City Code- Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10-14 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city to
publish a summary of an ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the
intent and effect of the ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed
copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the summary of Ordinance No. 10-14, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for
publication according to State Law and City Charter.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2014.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof:
Roeser, Rafferty, Kusterman, Stoesz, Reinert
