The existing subdivision and platting ordinance, Ordinance No. 04-03, was adopted in 2003. 2. State statutes and city procedures have evolved and the ordinance needs to reflect these changes. In addition, housekeeping issues commonly arise in any type of ordinance. 3. The City has undertaken codifying all of its ordinances into the City Code using one consistent format, a format that differs from that of the existing ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby ordains that Ordinance No. 04-03 is amended as shown in ATTACHMENT A. Attes Julianne Bad ell, tfy Clerk Berg son, Mayor Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of February, 2009. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council Member -,Gal up and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: O'Donnell, Gallup, Stoltz, Bergeson The following voted against same: none - Absent, Reinert Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. No. 02-09 on February 9. This is the second reading. The ordinance amends the subdivision ordinance for housekeeping, to reflect changes in state statutes and city procedures, and to reformat it to be consistent with the City Code. Staff recommends foregoing the reading of the entire ordinance. Approving summary of the ordinance for publication is the next item on tonight's agenda. OPTIONS 1.
