CITY OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAG AND UTILITY EASEMENT
ACROSS LOT 18, BLOCK 4, D. ERICKSON 2ND ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate 10-feet of the existing 20-foot
easement located in the backyard of lot 18, block 4, D. Erickson 2nd Addition, as shown on
the attached drawing.
Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on
March 22, 2004 and April 12, 2004.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its
passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 121h day of April, 2004.

Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 06-04 at the
regularly scheduled meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council held on April 12, 2005, and moved
its adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by
Councilmember Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof:
Reinert, Dahl,Bergeson, Carlson
The following voted against same: 1 9790 19 . 001
None.
Councilmember Stoltz was absent
Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted.
