ORDINANCE NO. 17-00
CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE LOIS LANE RIGHT-OF-
WAY DEDICATED AS PART OF THE MAR DON ACRES PLAT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA DOES
ORDAIN:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate the excess right-of-
way shown on the attached drawing.
Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City
Council on December 11, 2000 and January 8, 2001.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days
following its passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of January, 2001.
