ORDINANCE NO. 07-01
CITY OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ACROSS LOT 11,
BLOCK 1, LINO AIR PARK NORTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate a portion of an easement
across Lot 11, Block 1, Lino Air Park North, as shown and described on the attached
drawing.
Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held Public Hearings before the City Council on May
14, 2001, and May 29, 2001.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following
its passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 29th day of May, 2001.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was duly seconded by Council Member
Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert
The following voted against same: none
Whereupon said Ordinance was declared passed and adopted.
