HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-017 Council OrdinancesCouncil Member Reinert moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 17 — 01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY INCREASING THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: 1. The City Code of the City of Lino Lakes, Section 203.01 Subdivision 1 is amended as follows: Pursuant to the provision and allowance of Minnesota State statute 415.11, the salary of the Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be five thousand nine hundred and twelve dollars ($5,912) and the salary of each council member shall be four thousand seven hundred and thirty dollars ($4,730) for the year beginning January 1, 2003. Salaries for each of the next four (4) years shall be as follows. YEAR MAYOR COUNCIL 2003 5,912 4,730 2004 6,090 4,872 2005 6,272 5,018 2006 6,460 5,168 These salaries have been adjusted to reflect a 3% annual increase.
