AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM GB,
GENERAL BUSINESS TO LI, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL WITH A PDO, PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY (524 Apollo Drive)
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain:
I
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by
the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from GB, General
Business to LI, Light Industrial with a PDO, Planned Development Overlay pursuant to
the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino lakes, the following described
real estate:
Outlot B, Apollo Business Park Plat 2.
II
As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously
amended.
III
This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication
according to the Lino Lakes City Charter.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council
Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor: Bergeson, Dahl, Neal, Sullivan.
The following voted against same: Council Member Lyden
Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted.

Item 6D, Consideration of Resolution No. 99 - 25, Comp Plan Amendment for Interim
MUSA, Rezone to PDO and Preservation Development Preliminary Plat for Peregrine
Pass, SMA Construction, Steve Arndorfer, 6462 - 12th Avenue - This item was removed
from the Monday evening agenda. Council directed staff to obtain additional details
regarding easement information, additional width of lots, setback and driveway issues,
appropriate pad sizes and adequate space for pads and adequate space for garages and the
houses.
Council Member Lyden stated his desire is that the width of the lots be 75-80% of the
standards.
Item 6F, First Reading, Ordinance No. 10 - 99, Amending Sign Ordinance - This item
was removed from the agenda. Council asked that the entire Sign Ordinance be
reviewed.
