CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA ORDINANCE NO. 16-99 AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE OF CITY PROPERTY, BEHM'S CENTURY FARM PARK THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. The real property described as Lots 13 — 16, Block 2, Sunset Oaks is owned by the City of Lino Lakes. Section 2. The City Council of the City authorizes the sale of 2.55 acres of this park in exchange for development of the remaining park area. If the development costs are less than $75,000 the developer will submit the difference in cash. Section 3. The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance with - City Charter.
