ORDINANCE NO. 29-97
CITY OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 7,
BUSINESS DISTRICTS, SUBD. 3, H.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1. Section 7, Business Districts, Subd. 3 General Business, H.
Conditional Use, 6. Automobile and truck, i. All outside storage is prohibited, is
hereby amended as follows:
All outside storage shall be prohibited except the storage of customer
vehicles waiting for repair.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of Nov. 1997.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council
Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
