Home My WebLink About1997-032 Council OrdinancesCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 32-97 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO PDO, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY AND REZONE A PORTION OF THE OVERLAY DISTRICT FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL, TO R-3 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL IN THE HIGHLAND MEADOWS DEVELOPMENT The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: I The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by adding a PDO, Planned Development Overlay to the entire Highland Meadows Development and rezoning from R-1 Residential to R-3 Medium Density Residential pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: HIGHLAND MEADOWS II As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously amended. III This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter.
