Ordinance No. 20 - 95
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY
CLARIFYING COMPENSATION FOR PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
MEMBERS
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does hereby
ordain:
I.
Compensation for Member. Section 212.06 of the Lino Lakes City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
212.06. Compensation for Members. The Planning and Zoning Board shall receive
a quarterly salary of $150.00 ($50.00 per meeting) with the chair of the Board to received
$225.00 per quarter ($75.00 per meeting) consistent with the Mayor/Council relationship.
Members will not be paid for meetings that they miss. However, if a Member misses a
regularly scheduled meeting but attends a special Planning and Zoning Board meeting,
compensation will be paid for the special meeting.
Ii.
Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially passed and as previously
amended.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect January I, 1996 after its passage and
publication according to the City Charter.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council
Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor:
Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted.
