CITY OF LINO LAKES
ORDINANCE NO. 09 — 94
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY AMENDMENT TO
SECTION 402.14, SUBDIVISION 3, (1), SEWER AVAILABILITY CHARGE
The City council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains:
Section 402.14, Subdivision 3, (1) is amended to read as
follows:
(1) "There is hereby imposed upon all new sanitary sewer
connections to the municipal sanitary sewer system
within the City, a sanitary sewer availability charge, to
reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the past and
to be incurred in the future for making sewage treatment
facilities available, based on the sum established
annually by the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission."
Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially
passed and as previously amended.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication according to the City Charter.
Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of
June, 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly
seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor: Bergeson, Elliott, Neal,
Kuether, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted.
