Ordinance and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
ORDINANCE NO. 93- 06
AN AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE DELINEATION
OF WETLANDS IN PRELIMINARY PLAT DATA REQUIREMENTS.
Section 1. Section 1001.05 (2) is amended to add the
following:
(i) The delineation of all wetlands in accordance with
criteria established by the Army Corps of Engineers
and/or Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Such
wetland delineations shall be performed by a registered
land surveyor or engineer recognized as qualified by the
Army Corps of Engineers and/or Deparmtment of Natural
Resources.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication according to the City Charter.

Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was seconded by Council
Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said Ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted.
