STATE OF MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO. 13 - 92
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY
REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1)
TO MANUFACTURED HOME PARK DISTRICT (R-6)
I.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
does ordain:
Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by
rezoning from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Manufactured Home
Park District (R-6) the following described real estate:
Lot 12 and 13 of Arthur E. Thom Acres according to the plat
with the Anoka County Recorder's office.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as
initially passed and as previously amended.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication according to City Charter.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly
seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Kuether, Reinert,
Elliott, Bergeson.
The following voted against same: none
Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted.
