Council Member Elliott introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15 - 92 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12 - 92 (APPENDIX B-1, ZONING <br />CODE) OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY ADOPTING A ZONING MAP <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 12 - 92 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by adopting the attached Zoning Map. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 12 - 92 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes the 10th <br />day of August , 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Mar'lyn/G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, <br />Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
