ORDINANCE NO. 06 - 90
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, CHAPTER 200, SECTION 202.01 BY CHANGING THE REGULAR
COUNCIL MEETING HOUR
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains as
follows:
Section No. 1
Chapter 200, Section 202.01 Meetings shall be amended to
read as follows:
Subdivision 1. Regular Meetings. The City Council shall
have regular sessions on the 2nd and 4th
Mondays of each month at 6:30 P.M., and if
such Monday shall fall on a holiday shall have
its regular session the following day, and
adjourned and special sessions at any other
time the Council may deem proper.
Section No. 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to the City
Charter.
Passed by the City Council this 29th ___day of May.
