AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES
BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1)
I.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn-
esota does ordain:
Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnes-
ota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended
by rezoning from Expansion Residential (ER) and Rural (R) to
Single Family Residential (R1), pursuant to the provisions of
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following
described real estate:
The Southeast (SE) quarter of the Southeast (SE)
Section 29, Township 31, Range 22, and;
The Northeast (NE) quarter of the Northeast (NE)
Section 32, Township 31, Range 22.

Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as
initially passed and as previously amended.
III.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication according to City Charter.
