Ordinance No. 11 - 87
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING DOG IMPOUNDING FEES.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
does ordain:
I.
502 DOGS, Section 502.05 Tmpo»nding, Subd. 2. Redemption shall
be amended to read as follows:
AMENDMENT: Any impounded dog may be redeemed within five days
of the date of impoundment by paying an impounding
fee of $25.Q0 for the first offense; $45.00 for the
second offense; $65.00 for the third offense; and
$85.00 for the fourth and subsequent offenses. In
addition, a boarding fee of $5.50 per day shall be
paid.
II.
Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially
passed and as previously amended.
III.
This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its
passage and publication as required by the City Charter.
