Ordinance No. 07 - 85
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
BY CHANGING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF ON-SITE SEPTIC
SYSTEMS ON NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn-
esota does ordain:

AMENDMENT. Appendix B, Section 4, Subdivision 17, (4) of the
Lino Lakes City Ordinance #2 is amended to read as follows:
Section 4, Subdivision 17 (4). Nonresidential land uses
may be permitted in areas without sanitary sewer only upon
the review and recommendation of the City Engineer and City
Building Official that a properly functioning on-site septic
system and backup system can be constructed on the property.

This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its
passage and publication as required by City Charter.
Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this twenty fourth
of June, 1985.
