CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY
REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION DISTRICT.

The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
does ordian:
I
Ordinance No. 6 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby
amended by rezoning from Residential/Agricultural and Commercial to
Manufactured Home Subdivision (R-7) and Neighborhood Business (NB)
for Outlot "A", pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of
the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate, also
known as "Rice Lake Estates":
That part of Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 31, Range 22,
Anoka County, Minnesota which lies Southwesterly of the right of
way of State Trunk Highway No. 49.
and
That part of Government Lot 4, Section 30, Township 31, Range 22,
Anoka County, Minnesota which lies Northerly of the Easterly
extension of the South line of Government Lot 2 said Section
30 and which lies Southwesterly of the right of way of State
Trunk Highway No. 49.

Save as above amended, said Ordiannce No. 6 shall stand as initially
passed and as previously amended.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication according to the City Charter.
