I. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: Ordinance No. 2 of the City of LinoLkaes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended by rezoning from I (Light Industrial) to GI (General Industrial), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real eastate, also known as the "Molin Concrete Property". The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of SW4) of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-one (31), Range Twenty- two (22) West, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the East 26'0 feet of South 832 feet thereof, the above described tract contains Thirty-five (35) acres, more or less excluding the above described exception and is subject to the existing Township Road along the North line, Fourth Avenue along ..;;,?. West line, and C.S.A.H. No. 12 (AKA Lilac Lane) along the South line; also subject to easements, reservations of record. II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially passed a.nd:previously amended.
