RESOLUTION NO. 03-152
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR STREET AND
UTILITY PURPOSES — LAKE/APOLLO IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, permanent easements for street and utility purposes were needed
at the southeast corner of the Lake and Market Place Drive intersection to
facilitate the street and traffic control installations for the Lake Drive/ Apollo Drive
Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, Halle Properties, LLC, the respective property owners, have
provided the City with said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. That such easements are hereby accepted by the City of Lino Lakes and the
City Clerk is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the City.

Consideration of Resolution 03-152 Accepting
Easements for the Lake/Apollo Drive
Improvement Project.

As part of the Lake/Apollo Drive Improvement project, permanent easements for
street and utility purposes where needed at the southeast corner of the Lake
Drive/Marketplace Drive intersection. The easements were required to facilitate
the placement of traffic signals and to accommodate the necessary turning radii
at the intersection.
The easements were originally required as part of the Market Place development
and are being provided at no cost to the city.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is recommending acceptance of the Street and Drainage and Utility
Easements.
