Mr. Asleson would like to remove the Election of Chair and Vice Chair to next month.
Ms. Andrzej ewski made a MOTION to approve the agenda with the above change.
Motion was seconded by Ms. McDonnell. Motion carried 5 — 0.

7. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Lino Lakes Fire Station
Mr.Asleson presented the Fire Station 2 Update
Mr. Asleson presented the Fire Staion 2 Update and Review and one of his concerns
is in restoring the wetlands. He would like to see the wetlands restored two to one.
Ms. Bor wanted to know of the construction timeline. Will the building be done by
January 2016. Also if there was suffinent drainage for the trucks, anexample would
be the washing of the trucks after the trucks went out on a call. The site is near
wetlands.

B. Environmental Board Goals, Final List
The Environmental Board Goals were updated and summized to be presented to the
City Council.
C. Recycliniz Updates and Anoka County 2015 SCORE Contract
K.C. Kye presented the upcoming events for Recycling Saturday which includes
paper shedding in February and May. And adding bicycles for recycling and reuse
also in May.

K.C. Kye discussed that the organic recyling in City Hall and Police Deptmant was
well received and he will now adding the Public Works building to the project.
The newest addition is the sea container for furniture and mattress recycling. Those
items will be taken to Great River Energy where they are recycled or disposed of and
turned into electricity.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Heiskary made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:44 p.m. Motion was
supported by Ms. Andrzej ewski. Motion carried 5 - 0.

Re: Turnberry Crossing Update
Marshan Townhomes 2nd Addition (Now Turnberry Crossing) was reviewed by the
Environmental Board on May 26, 2004. The new Turnberry Crossing project proposal
consists of slight modifications to the building footprints for remaining units since the
2004 submittal. Remaining building footprints have been enlarged to replace two story
units with one level units. Otherwise, the proposed development is consistent with the
development approved in 2005 other than a slight change to landscaping.
Landscape requirements in particular remain the same as recommendations made by the
Environmental board IN 2004, except I have made a change to the proposed Ash that were
on the plan at that time...
