I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that the attached document is a true copy of Resolution No.
01-112 with the original thereof on file in the City Clerk's office, and the same is a full,
true and complete copy insofar as the same relates to:

Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-112
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY IN THE
SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 32
WHEREAS, the City has received and application for the minor subdivision of property,
and
WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and
establish requirements for minor subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, the proposed minor subdivision meets those requirements, provided the
conditions of approval listed below are fulfilled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lino Lakes City Council approves the
proposed minor subdivisions as described by the attached document entitled "Proposed
Lot Splits" by Mattke Surveying & Engineering, Inc., date 5/4/00 and received by the
City June 12, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions of approval apply:
1. Parcels C and F are not buildable lots. Parcels C and F shall be either attached to the
adjacent Carlson property to total ten acres or more or incorporated into a plat that
includes ten acres or more. This Resolution 01-112 shall not be certified by the City
until the preliminary plat is approved.
2. The Junes property shall be combined into one tax parcel.
3. Parcels D and H shall be dedicated to the City of Lino Lakes for road right of way
when the plat referred to in condition number one is recorded.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Dahl, Carlson, Bergeson, Reinert & O'Donnell.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
