Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 01-167
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
LINO LAKES MARKET PLACE
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City
ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Lino Lakes Market Place was approved with
Resolution 01-107 by the City Council on August 13, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place received by the City on October
15, 2001 complies with the City requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this .( day of , 2001.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson & O'Donnell.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

Lino Lakes Market Place Final Plat
BACKGROUND
The City Council approved the preliminary plat on August 13, 2001. The
Developer has submitted a final plat for approval.
The plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat. A development
agreement, previously reviewed by the City Council, has been executed and the
required securities submitted to the City. Title to the property has been reviewed
by the City Attorney. Additionally, all conditions of approval have been satisfied.
OPTIONS
1. Approve Resolution 01-167 approving the final plat of Lino Lakes Market
Place.
2. Return to staff with direction.
RECOMMENDATION
Option 1.
