CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 02-04
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT— MARSHAN LANE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted October 8, 2001, a study
has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Marshan
Lane by constructing sanitary sewer and watermain extensions, and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The report is hereby received by the City Council.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th of January, 2002.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
