RESOLUTION NO. 02-05
PREMISES PERMIT APPROVAL FOR RENEWAL OF APPLICATION
FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT VFW POST 6583
LADIES AUXILIARY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled
meeting of January 14, 2002, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at the VFW Post
6583 Ladies Auxiliary, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the VFW Post
6583 Ladies Auxiliary, and;
WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 Ladies Auxiliary is in compliance with City Ordinance,
and;
WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 Ladies Auxiliary appears to take into consideration the
best interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the Renewal Premises Permit Application for the VFW Post 6583
Ladies Auxiliary of Lino Lakes.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this (`i' day of ( cv1 ,1 , 2002.

Resolution No. 02-05
Councilmember Carlson introduced Resolution No. 02-05 and moved its adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof:
Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson and O'Donnell.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
