Councilmember Carlson introduced Resolution No. 02-08 and moved its adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson and O'Donnell.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

PREMISES PERMIT APPROVAL FOR RENEWAL OF APPLICATION
FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT VFW POST 6583
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled
meeting of January 28, 2002, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at the VFW Post
6583, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the VFW Post
6583, and;
WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 is in compliance with City Ordinance, and;
WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 appears to take into consideration the best interest of
the City of Lino Lakes, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the Renewal Premises Permit Application for the VFW Post 6583
of Lino Lakes for a permit covering the period of May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2004.

determine your qualifications to be involved
in lawful gambling activities in Minnesota,
and to assist the Board in conducting a
background investigation of you. You have
the right to refuse to supply the information

consequence, may refuse to issue you a

requested, the Board will be able to process
