RESOLUTION NO. 02-13
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WEST SHADOW PONDS
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City
ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Spirit Hills was approved with Resolution 01-113
by the City Council on August 13, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for West Shadow Ponds complies with City requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the final plat for West Shadow Ponds.

Resolution No. 02-13
Councilmember O'Donnell introduced Resolution No. 02-13 and moved its adoption.
Resolution No. 02-13, Final Plat Approval for West Shadow Ponds.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson and O'Donnell.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
