RESOLUTION NO. 02-16
TEMPORARY SET UP LIQUOR LICENSE PERMIT APPROVAL FOR
ONE -DAY EVENT, LINO LAKES LION'S CLUB
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled
meeting of February 11, 2002, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed a temporary set up liquor license for
a one -day event, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the Lino Lakes
Lion's Club, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lion's Club is in compliance with City Ordinance, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lion's Club appears to take into consideration the best
interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the temporary set up liquor license permit for a one -day event to
be held on February 23, 2002, in the City of Lino Lakes,
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this /( day of FG6rito.ry , 2002.
